For the most part we charge $0.20 to $0.50 per letter depending upon the process and the material of the object. We also do charge a Setup and a Minimum Personalization/Engraving Charge on items brought into us. We offer custom engraving or imprinting on all of our products and most items you bring in to us. Certain products can only be decorated in any certain ways. We offer a ton of decoration options we do in-house, but there are some we do not do in-house. Yes, for the most part we can. There a few items we cannot do in-house with our machines (different types of materials like ceramic, stone, etc.),. Most items we can find a way to personalize it in-house. We employ various types of engraving and imprinting options, so chances are pretty good that we can personalize your product. We can't be 100% sure though, so we suggest that, It is best to bring the item in and ask an associate so we can see the item in person and we can discuss what options are going to be the best for your project. Items we personalize on a regular basis include: various types of metal or gift items, stainless steel, knives, firearms, wind chimes, thermal & glass drinkware, some plastics, most wood, glass, acrylic, and much more. Some processes (like sublimation) require specially coated substrates that we have to provide/sell you the item ourselves. Some items simply will not work if they are just bought from a big box store or online and not made manufactured the proper way to accept the dyes or processes.
