CUSTOM ENGRAVING & PRICES

We offer custom engraving or imprinting on all of our products and most items you bring in to us. Certain products can only be decorated in any certain ways. We offer a ton of decoration options we do in-house, but there are some we do not do in-house. Below is a general idea of how we price engraving or imprinting.

Engraving or imprinting on our items:
Most products that are purchased on our website, are priced with engraving or imprinting included in the price.

Most Items In-Store are priced without engraving and engraving is additional to the cost of the product.

Engraving rates are as follows:

Metal Plastic & Acrylic = $.020 per character/letter
Glass, Crystal & Wood = $0.35 per character/letter
Misc Rotary Engraving (Corinthian Bells/Windchimes, Thicker Metal) = $0.25 per character/letter
Raw Stainless Steel (Plates, Knives/Blades, Etc.) = $0.50 per character/letter
Award Winning - Photo Engraving (Estimated Average Time 35 to 50 Min) = $1.00 per minute.
Artwork Engraving (Company Logos, Clipart, Designs, Estimated Average Time 2 to 20 minutes) = $1.00 per minute
Laser Engraving (Wood, Acrylic, Stainless Steel, Alum, Plaque) = Prices Vary, machine time starts out at $1.33 per minute
Thermal Drinkware Engraving (YETI, RTIC, Polar Camel, any brand made)  = $20.00 per mug (First Side) $10.00 (second side)
Cermark on Raw Stainless (Matte Black Mark on Silver, Drinkware, plate) = $25.00 per mug (First Side) $15.00 (second side)
Sandblasting / Deep Etch (done by our vendors) = Prices Vary, (Please Inquire)
Sublimation Imprinting (on our products only) = stating at $.15 per sq. inch of imprint on average, + the product cost.
Heat Transfer (Transfer Paper, Heat Transfer Vinyl, Etc.) = Prices Vary, (Please Inquire)
Vinyl Lettering (cut signage vinyl) = Prices Vary, (Please Inquire)  Starting at $2.00 per Sq. Foot

Items Purchased Elsewhere and brought into us to Personalize:

For the most part we can engrave on pretty much anything, there are a few exceptions, so it is best to call and see if we can mark on your specific product before you bring it in. Prices are as above, with the exception of, we charge a Setup Charge on all items brought in for personalization.

Setup Charge (per style item, not each piece) $10.00 to $20.00 depending on the product and how it is personalized. (May Vary) (Example: 8 Mugs, same style (1 setup = $10.00), 8 Beer Mugs & 6 Wine Glasses (2 Setups = $20.00)

We do Have a Minimum Order Charge of $10.00 (Engraving & Vinyl) and $15.00 (sublimation) on all orders.

We also sometimes can offer Rush Services with a Rush Charges (please inquire for price)

24 Hour Rush = $20.00 (less than 1 business day)

48 Hour Rush = $10.00 (lore than 1 business day)

 

Artwork Preperation (Converting Artwork or Designing)

Basic Conversion to Engrave or Print (if supplied in a vector format) = $10.00 (Minimum)

Advanced Artwork Cleanup (non vector art, jpgs, gif, bmp, psd, etc, converted to vector) $40.00 per hr.

Advanced Artwork Creation (we design artwork from scratch for you in vector and or bitmap form) $40.00 per hr.

Sublimation Basic Color Matching (Not an exact PMS Match, as that is impossible to do in this process) We select the best match we can find on our charts.)= $20.00 per hour, (Please Inquire)

Sublimation Advanced Color Matching (creating a color for your order, not on our charts,) = $40.00 per hour + cost of material and time to run test colors on your specific substrate. Prices Vary, (Please Inquire)

 

Some products we include about 15 mins of basic artwork/layout setup into the cost (like sublimation).
